Placing an Order
To view the products I offer, simply use the catalogue to select items and fill out your contact information. The Contact Me section is available should you have any questions about ordering or about the products.

Pricing Policy
  • All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
  • Tax will be charged on all orders based on the province the order will be shipped to. HST will be charged according to the rate for each participating province. Orders shipped to other provinces will be charged GST (5%)
  • A shipping/handling fee of 10% will be added to all orders to a maximum of $25 with a minimum shipping rate of $5 per order.
  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post parcel services. Payment for any upgrades in shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Not responsible for any delivery delays once order has been shipped.
  • International customers will be charged actual shipping rates. USA customers should email me for a referral to a USA based consultant. My current agreement with the parent company prevents me from shipping most products back into the USA.
  • Orders will be shipped as soon as possible once payment has been received if items are in stock — generally within 3 days or 5 days for precut items.
  • You will be notified when your order is placed of any item that is out of stock. Please allow an additional 3-4 weeks before your order will be ready for shipping. You will be updated by email on the status of your order (when it is ready for shipping).
  • Preferred method of payment is by email money transfer (EMT) through online banking with your Canadian Banking institution. Payment may also be made through Pay Pal. For payment by cheque or money order please put your request in the comments section at checkout and arrangements will be made. There may be a delay in delivery time as your cheque is processed.
  • Prices are those in effect as of Summer 2016 and are subject to change without notice according to Story Time Felts company policy and circumstances beyond my control.
Product Satisfaction

The company guarantees the quality of its products and services. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you and your children to enjoy your purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of shipping, you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price for the item less the original shipping charge. Product must be returned in original condition in original packaging. Contact me to express your concerns and arrange for return. Return shipping of the product to the company is the responsibility of the purchaser. Company is not responsible for any parcel lost in mailing.
